Bailey Cole
Her father’s agriculture background gave Bailey her first taste of the beef business and she learned on the fly after coming to Angus with a business and marketing degree from the University of Missouri. Kimberly grew up on a family farm in Kentucky, where she was actively involved in agriculture and livestock showing. She earned a Master’s degree in Animal Science, specializing in beef cattle health and nutrition, from the University of Arkansas after completing her undergraduate studies at Morehead State University. Kimberly's career began as an Agriculture Extension Agent for the University of Kentucky, and she later worked in Product Management for Animal Safety at Neogen.
