Growing up raising and showing registered cattle with her family in west-central Missouri led Julie Mais, Angus Journal editor, to a career working in the beef industry for member-driven organizations. She is proud to support Angus breeders' success by providing them with need-to-know information and marketing opportunities through print and digital media.

Megan transformed her NJAA career and internship with the Angus Media editorial team into a full-time position — she now serves as associate editor of the Angus Journal, where she’s proud to share the stories of people who are also passionate about the Angus breed.

A storyteller with Minnesota farm roots, Miranda works with the digital and editorial teams. She spent 15 years with Certified Angus Beef before coming to Angus Media where she considers helping cattlemen remain profitable her highest goal.

Special Projects Editor

Heather brought her North Western Missouri State University degree and attention to detail to Angus Media in 2018 and has been the watchful eyes on almost all Angus Journal and Angus Beef Bulletin articles since. Heather and her family operate a diversified farm and livestock operation, so she enjoys being part of the editorial teams that deliver information to families like hers.

Jaime’s creative eye has been behind each layout in the Angus Journal since joining the team in 2018. Jaime and her husband have a small herd of Angus cattle and their two children see the industry's importance through the eyes of their grandpa and dad. Jaime is thankful to work alongside committed individuals to help produce a high-quality publication that people of all backgrounds can enjoy and appreciate.
